Exciting Progress Is Happening at Scholars First!

Hello Families and Community Supporters,
We are excited to share another update as we continue preparing for the opening of Scholars First Education! Every week brings us one step closer to welcoming children and families into our center, and we are grateful for everyone following along on this journey.
Outdoor Play Area Construction Begins
One of our biggest milestones is happening this week—we are officially breaking ground on our outdoor play area! Installation of our playground fencing is scheduled to begin, creating a safe and secure environment for children to learn and play. We will also be installing our playground mulch, creating a safe and developmentally appropriate outdoor space for our future scholars. We cannot wait to share progress photos with you as the project moves forward.
Weekly Highlights
Our Official Sign Is Going Up!
Another exciting milestone this week is the installation of the official Scholars First Education sign. Seeing our name displayed on the building is a special moment and a reminder that opening day is getting closer. The sign represents our commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and being a positive resource within our community. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media pages for photos once the sign is installed!
What’s Happening Behind the Scenes?
While construction continues, we are also working on:
Finalizing facility improvements
Preparing classrooms and learning materials
Completing licensing and occupancy requirements
Building enrollment and family communication systems
Planning hiring and onboarding for future staff members
There is a lot happening behind the scenes, and we are excited to share each step with you.
